Settlement bewteen [illegible] Khanum, mother of Aqa Muhammad Haji Khan and wife of Muhammad Karim Khan Sartip [the brigadier], and Aqa ‘Abbas, son of Haj Muhammad Mahdi Sultan, exchanging some described properties in Varnusfadiran village, one of the triple villages of Marbin in Isfahan, for five hundred and twenty-five tumans and one hundred dinars, with some Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause. Settlement between Mirza Mahdi Sultani, with power of attorney transferred from Nahid Ashraf, daughter of Sultan Muhammad Mirza Sayf al-Dawlah, and Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin Gawhari, son of Haj Lutf Allah, exchanging some property located in the Sarchishmah neighborhood of Tehran that Nahid Ashraf inherited from her father for one thousand two hundred fifty tumans.

Settlement of Haj Nazar ‘Ali Abadi's inheritors, 1741
The houses, garden, and specific residential properties mentioned on the back of this document belonged to the late Haj Nazar ‘Ali [Haydar Abadi] and were divided between his children, his grandchildren, and his wives. A disagreement over a house in which Haj Sa‘id was living as he was repairing it arose among the inheritors. With the mediation of a few elders, the inheritors eventually came to an agreement.

Settlement between Nasr Allah and Riza Quli, 1894
The late Haji Aqa Zanjani, son of the late Haji Muhammad Baqir, transferred all his inherited belongings to his mother, Mihr Jahan Khanum. Mihr Jahan Khanum transferred all the belongings to her older brother, Haji Nasr Allah (son of the late Haji Muhammad Kazim). Here, Haji Nasr Allah settles these properties with Mu‘tamid al-Sultan Riza Quli Khan Sartip [brigadier] in exchange for four hundred and ninety tumans.

Settlement between ‘Aziz al-Muluk and Gilan Khanum Amir Ibrahimi, daughters of the late Muhammad ‘Ali (Nusrat al-Mamalik) and residents of Kirman, on the ownership of the farm and qanat in Husayn Abad desert, for twenty-five grams of nabat [crystal candy] and some money. The agreement also includes the orchards and houses that either of them built with their money.
